Delivery and Shipping Policy WITH LOGISTIC PARTNER NAME AND TAT (TURN AROUND TIME)
We typically dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. We deliver products throughout India using our logistics partners DTDC, Blue Dart, Speed Post, and other domestic delivery services, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary from 3 to 12 working days, depending on the customer’s geographic location.
Please note that the shipping times mentioned on our website are approximate, and we cannot guarantee them. We recommend that customers place their orders early if they have a deadline to meet. Additionally, if a product needs to be tailored to meet the customer’s requirements, it may require replacement, which can take between 15 to 20 days depending on stock availability and order quantity.
Domestic Orders:
Free shipping is not available unless stated otherwise during a promotional offering on the website.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed on the site or communicated to the customer at the time of order placement.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday to Friday).
While we make efforts to ship goods during holidays, we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries on public holidays.
Additional charges apply for express shipping requests, and free shipping is not applicable for express shipping.
We kindly request our customers to plan their shopping and delivery in advance to avoid delays. Thank you for your understanding.
International Orders:
Please note that we do not ship international orders.
Mandatory Requirements for shipping:
Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
We will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by shipping service provider.
We shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
